My name is Cherise, and I’m proud to bring Elemental Wellness to you. I believe wellness comes in many forms and looks different for everyone. My mission is to support people on their personal wellness journeys through healing modalities like the Art of Jin Shin, Reiki, and Bio-Energetics. By balancing, clearing, and restoring harmony in our energetic bodies, these practices support our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
The shop is an extention of that mission and everything has been carefully chosen to promote wellness. Whether it’s taking a moment to de-stress and “enjoy the BeauTEA of every day” with our luxury tea blends, or exploring crystals and smudges to support and clear the energy around you, each item is offered with healing in mind and the best of intentions for your true wellness.

I cannot recommend Cherise enough! I've been to her for Reiki multiple times but the experience with her is so much more than that. I always leave feeling so much lighter and in touch with myself. She was amazing with my 8 year old son as well.
